Management of landing pages and invitation pages
This type of service allows you to build and manage landing pages and invitation pages, i.e. presentation pages of a product or service, which can allow you to enter your contact information, such as your email address.
The management of these pages involves the processing, by these services, of the Personal Data collected through these pages, including those of Usage Data.
Mailchimp Landing Page (The Rocket Science Group LLC)
Mailchimp Landing Page is a landing page management service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC that allows WOW to collect email addresses of Users interested in its service.
Mailchimp Landing Page allows the Data Controller to track and analyze the response from the User, in terms of traffic or behavior, in relation to changes to the structure, text or any other component of the landing pages created.

This type of service allows WOW to monitor the use and behavior of its components, to allow for the improvement of performance and functionality, maintenance or troubleshooting.

Pingdom is a monitoring service provided by Pingdom AB.

WOW uses Cookies or other Identifiers to enable simple interactions and features that allow Users to access certain resources of the Service and allow them to communicate more easily with the Owner.
Interaction with live chat platforms
This type of service allows you to interact with live chat platforms, managed by third parties, directly from the WOW pages. This allows the User to contact WOW's support service or WOW to contact the User while he is browsing his pages.
In the event that an interaction service with live chat platforms is installed, it is possible that, even if the Users do not use the service, it collects Usage Data relating to the pages in which it is installed. Additionally, live chat conversations may be recorded.
