Regarding the protection of personal data (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196). According to the law, we inform:

 

- that the personal data will be processed for commercial, direct sales, promotional, management, statistical purposes, by means of computer processing with pre-established criteria;

- that some data are mandatory for the purpose of order fulfillment and the refusal to supply them prevents you from receiving the ordered goods; other data (e.g. telephone number) are optional and allow the company to improve customer service; refusal to provide them does not entail consequences;

 

- that the data will not be disclosed;

 

- who may become aware of the data, subjects specifically appointed as employees or other collaborators for the processing necessary or connected to the sending of advertising material and to the fulfillment of the order and of third parties who perform or provide specific services strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship, such as: companies that provide shipping and transport services, companies that provide payment services;

 

- that the customer has the right to obtain without delay:

 

a) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him;

 

b) the identification details of the owner and manager;

 

c) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;

 

d) updating and rectification or, if interested, integration of data;

 

e) certification that the operations referred to in points c) and d) have been brought to the attention of those to whom they have been communicated unless this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

 

f) to know, through free access to the register pursuant to art. 37 Legislative Decree 196/2003 the existence of data processing that may concern him;

 

g) to object free of charge to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising and direct sales material.

 

h) In the event of a request for withdrawal from an order placed, if the latter has not yet been processed, but falls within the shipping times specified in the above paragraph "SHIPMENTS", the amount returned will be equal to the entire amount spent minus the 20% (twenty%) which will be retained by WoW against bank charges.
