Returns
The subject of returns is a topic that we have very much at heart, we devote the utmost attention so that our customers can take advantage of an efficient and safer service.
We could not use a more compliant term of "security", as unfortunately, even if very rarely it can happen that in the returns received at our warehouses, objects are found that do not correspond to what we initially sent, unfortunately in these cases we cannot determine with certainty whether the person responsible for the incident is the customer himself or the courier.
In cases like these, we have devised a strategy to safeguard our customers as much as possible, with simple small precautions on the part of the person who wishes to return, he can ensure the reimbursement of the amount spent.
IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with these precautions, in case of non-correspondence or total absence of the item, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Another problem is when we receive obviously used and worn footwear, highlighting defects due to wear and not from a shortage due to our production.
